2nd Anniversary : Gov Adeleke To Address Osun Citizens As Obasanjo, Seyi Makinde Set To Commission Roads

As Governor Ademola Adeleke set to mark his second year in office anniversary as the 6th executive governor of Osun, fifteen days activities have been rolled out.

The two year anniversary which started with Imole Health walk from the state secretary, Abere, to Old-garage also made Muslim cabinet members to join Governor Adeleke in observing Jumat Service at the Osogbo Central Mosque.

Addressing journalists on Friday at the Osun State Government House, Oke-fia, Chairman of the 2nd year anniversary, Secretary to the State Government, Teslim Igbalaye disclosed that Governor of Adeleke will address citizens of the state on November 27 when his clock two years in office to give account of his stewardship.

The SSG stressed that part of activities for the two years anniversary, former president, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo will commission Old-garage, Oke-fia, Lameco road on November 26 while Governor of Oyo state, Engineer Seyi Makinde will also commission Osogbo Ring road on December 5.

He further explained that Minister of Works, David Umahi will be in the state to inspect ongoing Oke-fia bridge.

Completed projects across the 30 local government of the state will be commissioned by cabinet members of Governor Adeleke.

Former Speaker of the house of representatives, Rt.Hon. Patricia Etteh , former Deputy Speaker, Rt. Hon. Lasu Yusuf, Baba Elebunibon among others will be presented state award.
