Osun Transporters’ Chairman, Nurudeen Alowonle Reportedly Arrested With Police Pistol
Men of the Osun State Police Command have arrested Chairman of Osun State Park Management Scheme, Nurudeen Wakeel Alowonle.
According to InsightMedia a police source, disclosed Alowonle was arrested late on Monday night in Osogbo.
The source said he was arrested with a pistol.
“Yes please and a police pistol recovered from him.” The source said.
InsightMedia reported that the suspect is currently receiving treatment at a hospital in Osogbo after he attempted to flee with handcuffs on him.
He’s currently at a hospital in Osogbo. After he was arrested, he attempted to flee with the handcuffs on him. That’s when he got injured.
When contacted, the acting spokesperson of the police command, ASP Emmanuel Giwa-Alade promised to get back to InsightMedia.
