Osun Rep, Amobi Drums Support For Oyetola, Reels Out Achievements In Two Years

Osun State federal lawmaker , Honorable Yinusa Amobi representing Ayedire,Iwo and Olaoluwa federal constituency at the House of Representatives has said that he will continue to prioritize the welfare of his constituents through impactful bills.
Amobi, a All Progressives Congress, APC, lawmaker said his being at the green chamber is to ensure that his constituents enjoy dividends of democracy, added that he will continue to deliver on his campaign promises .
The lawmaker made this known on Wednesday while addressing Osun State Broadcasting Commissioner ,OSBC, NUJ chapel in Osogbo.
According to Amobi , stomach infrastructure through empowerment and other social interventions are part of what citizens enjoy from their representatives in order for them to live a decent life.

Speaking on his achievements in the last two years of his representation at the green chamber , Amobi said 200 Women and Youths have benefited from his training acquisition on the skill of Tie and Dye, Beads Making and Hair Dressing.
“This skill acquisition training programme was in line with the current vogue in wears and fashion design. Held in collaboration with the National Institute for Cultural Orientation (NICO), the training was anchored by NICO staffs, Ilorin, Kwara State” he said.
Over 145 youths and women were trained on soap, detergent, hypo, and hazier making through professional body called RED TRUST Nigeria Limited.
50 farmers across Iwo Federal Constituency were trained on the importance of Bio-safety to Agriculture,To achieve the objective of this training, Hon Amobi’s committee worked in collaboration with the National Bio-safety Management Agency, which ensured that a professional in the field, Maltec Construction Limited, anchored the programme.
Other interventions from the Lawmaker is provision and installation of 500KVA at Obátè/Mógàjí area, Iwo Agbowo area, Iwo, electricity supply to the residents of Odo-ori area, Iwo, was strengthened by 300 KVA transformer.
The lawmaker who led the bill on the establishment of Federal College of Education Iwo, said the newly established school will create more job opportunity to his constituents and Osun people at large.
He further explained that it will enhance economy of the community will the institution is situated.
The lawmaker added that his drive for standard and qualitative education led to the procurement and distribution of 13, 117 text books, the production of 994 customized school bags, and distribution of mathematics kits to some selected science based schools in Ayiwola in his constituency.
Amobi , however, called on his constituents to continue to support Governor Gboyega Oyetola by reelecting him for another four years , saying the governor is poised to paddle the state to enviable height amon the committee of states in Nigeria.
He commended Governor Gboyega Oyetola for all his development strides across the state.
