Osun PDP Divided As Guber Primaries Holds In Different Places

Governorship primaries of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Osun state is currently holding in two different locations.

Recall that the National Secretariat of the PDP approved March 8 for the Osun guber primaries to determine its flag bearer of ahead of the July 16 election.

Blaze Newz gathered that the Senator Ademola Adeleke led group of the PDP is holding its guber primaries inside the Osogbo City Stadium.

While the Elders cacuse led faction by former Governor Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola is also holding its primary at WOCDIF event center along ring road.

Senator Francis Fadahunsi, representing Osun East Senatorial District, Rep Ajilesoro Taofeek, representing Ife North Federal Constituency, acting chairman of Osun PDP, Sunday Bisi and party members are currently casting their vote for their preferred aspirant in Osogbo City Stadium.

Meanwhile, other aspirants like Dele Adeleke, Alhaji Fatai Akinbade who announced their withdrawal from the race as at the time of filing this report are at the WOCDIF event centre.

Prince Dotun Babayemi, who is the consensus aspirant of the Osun Elders cacuse is also at the WOCDIF event centre.
