Chelle Reveals Plans On Super Eagles, Promises Nigerians

Super Eagles new head coach, Eric Sekou Chelle, has promised Nigerians that Super Eagles under his leadership will score plenty goals.

Chelle made this promise on Monday in Abuja during his official unveiling by the Nigeria Football Federation,NFF.

Speaking, the new Super Eagles said “I’m so proud and honoured to be the new Super Eagles head coach. Nigeria has a great history with quality players like Ikpeba, Amokachi, Amuneke, Yekini, Oliseh, Eguavoen, Finidi, West, Obi Mikel and Babangida,” Chelle said at his unveiling.

“I was a fan then and with this new generation too, Lookman, Osimhen and others.”

Acknowledging lack of enough goal scoring by the Super Eagles, the former Lens defender said “I love scoring goals. My teams(that I manage) are never lacking in goals, and the Super Eagles will be no exception

We will score goals” he assured Nigerians.

Chelle, a seasoned tactician, will be assisted by first assistant, Hadi Taboubi, fitness trainer,Thomas Gornourec, and goalkeeper trainer Jean Daniel Padovani.

The new coaching crew is expected to bring a fresh perspective and expertise to the Super Eagles, with a focus on developing the team’s skills and building a strong team dynamic.
