Trump Defeats Harris , Wins Presidential Election In Historic Political Comeback
Donald Trump has been declared the winner of the US presidential election.
The US media, including CNN, on Wednesday, announced his landslide victory, defeating Democrat Kamala Harris.
Trump’s victory was called by multiple television networks.
He secured victory in the United States presidential election by surpassing the crucial threshold of 270 electoral college votes.
With Wisconsin confirmed, Trump now holds 276 electoral college votes, successfully crossing the necessary mark to reclaim the White House.
Kamala Harris of the Democratic Party, currently with 219 electoral college votes, is preparing to deliver her concession speech shortly.
This makes him the first president to win a non-consecutive second term after surviving two assassination attempts and a criminal conviction.
“Former President Donald Trump will defeat Vice President Kamala Harris in a historic political comeback, recapturing the White House following an election loss in 2020,” CNN projects.
