Ex-minister Pantami, Mufti Menk Mourn Global Speaker, Mufty Yaks
Globally renowned Muslim scholar, Mufti Menk and Nigeria’s immediate past minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Professor Isa Ali Pantami have mourned the passing of a young motivational and inspirational speaker, Abdul Latif Miyaki famously known as Mufti Yaks.
Blaze Newz gathered that the news of the passing away of the young Muslim scholar filtered the internet on Saturday morning.
Mufti Yaks, a Nigerian, during his life time imitated international Islamic scholar, Mufti Menk, in dressing, speaking and preaching the universality of Islamic message.
Mufti Menk, in his condolence message posted on all his social media handles, mourned the passing of his protege.
He said, “I’m saddened by the news of the death of the young Abdul Latif Miyaki, Mufti Yaks this morning. He was a very talented young lad trying to spread goodness.
“May Allah Almighty forgive him, accept his good deeds and grant him the highest ranks of Paradise. Aameen.”
Similarly, Prof Pantami described his death as a great loss! According to him, “Inna lil Laahi wa inna ilaiHi Raajiun. Just heard that our beloved son, Abdullateef Aliyu Maitaki, popularly known as MUFTI YAKS passed away. What a great loss! May the Almighty Allah admit him into Jannatul Firdaus.”
Many of his admirers have continued to pen glowing tributes over the death of the young scholar.
AbdulRahman Suleiman wrote: Inna lil Laahi wa inna ilaiHi Raajiun! My heartfelt condolences to you, Professor, and the entire family of the late Mufti Yaks. May Allah grant him Jannatul Firdaus and forgive his shortcomings. His passing is indeed a great loss to the Islamic community world (sic). He was a shining star, and his wisdom and knowledge were beyond his years. May Allah comfort you all during this difficult time.
Ahmerdh A Jajere said, “Innalillahi wainnailaihi roajeon 😢 I’m deeply saddened and shocked by the news of his death. May Allah accept all his good deeds and grant him the highest place in paradise (Jannah).
Ibrahim H. Yunusa expressed his sadness, saying, “Inna lil Laahi wa inna ilaiHi Raajiun! O ALLAH, forgive him and have mercy on him, heal and pardon him, honor his shelter, replace him with a better house than his house, a better welcome from his family, enter him in paradise (sic), and protect him from the torment of fire.
