EDU Congratulates Ede Born Academic, Adekilekun On Professorship In Botany

The Ede Descendants Union,EDU, has felicitated with Professor Mahboob Jimoh Alani Adekilekun on his academic attainment.
This is contained in a statement released and signed by the Public Relations Officer of EDU, Mrs Teniola Oyebanji, and made available to newsmen in Ede.

According to the statement, “Professor Adekilekun, who hails from Imole Compound earned his Bachelor degree in Botany from Lagos State University, Masters in Plant Virology from University of Ibadan, Masters in Environmental Control and Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-ife and PhD in Botany from Rhodes University.
“He emerged Professor of Botany at the Osun State University,Osogbo, today where he is currently working as lecturer and researcher.
“On behalf of the Timi of Edeland, HRM Oba Munirudeen Adesola Lawala, Ede Descendants Union congratulates the new professor in town, Professor Mahboob Jimoh Alani Adekilekun.
“This attainment confirmed your determination in academic and research which we pray should be for the benefit of humanity at large.
“You have demonstrated to the younger sons and daughters of Ede at home and in diaspora that with dedication and focus anything can be achieved in academic field of study.
“EDU pray that God almighty will give you long life with sound health to enjoy the fruit of the efforts you labored to achieve this academic attainment.
“Congratulations, EDU is pleased to count Professor Adekilekun among its many professors.”
