Saudi To Penalize Hajj, Umra Pilgrim Who Stays Beyond Set Dates

The Saudi Arabia authority has set penalty for Hajj and Umrah pilgrim who stays beyond set dates for departure.
The kingdom through the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah made this known on Monday.

According to a Ministry of Hajj and Umrah “15 Shawwal 1446 is the last day Umrah Pilgrims can enter the Kingdom
– 1st Dhul Qadah 1446 is the last day for Umrah Pilgrims to exit the Kingdom.
“Anyone who stays beyond 1st Dhul Qadah will be subject to penalties.”

Also the Ministry of Interior said, “A fine of up to (100,000) riyals against pilgrim and Umrah services companies and institutions who are late in reporting any pilgrim or Umrah who did not leave after the expiration of the specified period of his stay.”
