Osun Police Command Gets New Acting PRO

An acting Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, SP Adeoye Akeem Adeola, has been appointed for the Osun State Police Command.
This information was contained in a statement by the outgoing PPRO, Yemisi Opalola, on Tuesday.
According to Opalola, who has since been redeployed to the Force Headquarters, Abuja, the acting PPRO, SP Adeoye, was appointed into the Nigeria Police Force in 2016 as a Cadet Assistant Superintendent of Police, ASP, He is a graduate of Political Science from Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU, Ile-Ife, Osun State.
Before his new assignment, SP Adeoye was the Zonal Police Public Relations Officer, Zone 17, Akure, Ondo State.

The statement reads: “A new acting Police Public Relations Officer has been posted to Osun State Police Command and has resumed duty. SP Adeoye Akeem Adeola, ANIPR, took over from CSP Opalola Yemisi Olawoyin, MNIPR, who has been transferred to Force Headquarters, Abuja.
“He obtained a B.Sc. in Political Science from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife.
“He was appointed into the Nigeria Police Force in December 2016 as a Cadet Assistant Superintendent of Police, ASP.
“SP Adeoye was the Zonal Police Public Relations Officer, Zone 17, Akure, Ondo State, before he was posted to Osun Command. He can be reached on this telephone number: 08163247975.”
