Fear Grips Lokoja residents panic as another truck loses control at Felele

Exactly one week after a tragic road accident that claimed the lives of five Federal University Lokoja students in Felele, a similar incident has occurred in the area.
DAILY POST gathered that the latest accident involved an articulated vehicle carrying tiles, which reportedly lost control and flipped over on Monday.
The incident caused panic as those within the area scampered for safety.
Fortunately, unlike last week’s tragic event, no casualties were reported this time.
Meanwhile, Federal University, Lokoja, remains closed indefinitely due to the ongoing concerns raised by students following the recent spate of accidents on Felele road.
Concerned members of the public who spoke with DAILY POST have called on the Federal Government to take urgent action to address the growing safety issues along the road.
