Ex-Super Eagles’ Head Coach, Peseiro Gets New Job In Africa

Jose Peseiro has been appointed the new head coach of Egyptian Premier League club, Zamalek.
Peseiro signed an 18-month contract with the White Knight.
The Portuguese takes over from former Tottenham Hotspur manager, Christian Gross, who was recently sacked by the 14-time Egyptian champions.
Zamalek will reportedly pay their new coach $75,000 monthly till the end of the current season.

Peseiro’s salary will be increased to $85,000 in case he stays at the club next season.
The 64-year-old once managed Zamalek’s local rivals, Al Ahly.

He led Nigeria to second position at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Cote d’Ivoire.
