Pay Attention To Your Health – Timi Of Edeland Counsels Nigerians

His Royal Majesty, Oba Dr Munirudeen Adesola Lawal, Laminisa 1, Timi of Edeland has counselled Nigerians to give their personal health a priority over any other thing.

According to the monarch, it’s not uncommon to see people spending so much to acquire property, cars and yachts to the neglect of their health and wellness.

The royal father made this known while declaring a program of free basic medical tests, counseling and medication open as part of activities lined up to mark his 70th birthday celebrations.

After participating in the well attended free medical check up, Oba Adesola Lawal, who was visibly elated thanked God Almighty for making him to witness his Platinum birthday.

“Taking care of oneself is highly important. For instance, people service their cars monthly and buy expensive attires but do not remember to ‘service’ their bodies. We all need to be conscious of our health status.”

The Orangun of Oke-Ila , Oba Adedokun Abolarin, whose royal visit to Timi coincided with the program also seized the opportunity to do some basic tests. He was full of warm felicitations for Oba Adesola Lawal.

He could not hide his excitement and admirations for physical transformations of the ancient city of Ede.

In line with the Health Day program of the Laminisa’s Platinum Birthday celebrations, Oba Abolarin said that with the present economic situation, Nigerians should be sensitive to the status of their body system, eat right and well so as to remain healthy.

The beneficiaries were full of gratitude to Oba Dr Munirudeen Adesola Lawal, Laminisa 1, Timi of Edeland for including the free medical check up and medication in the week long activities marking his 70th birthday.

His Royal Majesty Oba Dr Adesola Lawal, Laminisa 1 was born on February 10, 1955 to the Laminisa Royal dynasty.

The grand finale of the Oba Lawal’s 70th birthday will climax on Saturday February 15, 2025 with a reception at Ede High School.
