Taraba Varsity Bars Its HND, OND Holders Staff From Attending Meeting
The Taraba State University, Jalingo, has barred its Higher National Diploma,HND and Ordinary National Diploma, OND, staff from attending its Tuesday congregation meeting.
The institution’s management made the declaration through an internal memo signed by the Registrar, Dr Joseph Bibinu, released on Monday.
Calling on all academic and non-academic staff of the institution to the meeting, Dr Bibinu warned that only those staff who have obtained first Degree and above will be allowed.

According to the memo “All HND/OND holders are NOT allowed to attend this meeting.
“Attendance is strictly members of congregation of the University. (Degree holders)” the memo noted.

Blaze Newz gathered that the meeting which is to hold at the Theatre and Film Studies Hall of the institution was to address “Election of Internal Members of Council from the Congregation”.
