Osun PDP Primary : Why Ogunbiyi Withdraws From Race

Dr Akin Ogunbiyi, one of the six Osun Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, governorship aspirants has revealed why he opted out from the race.

Ogunbiyi who announced his withdrawal from the race at his campaign office in Ogo-oluwa, gbongan Ibadan express way on Monday
cited dangerous and unprecedented bias of the national leadership of the party and planned violence against his supporters by the Senator Ademola Adeleke.

Five contestants will now be going to the poll to determine who wins the party ticket for Osun July 16 governorship election.

The five remaining contestants are ; Alhaji Fatai Akinbade, Dele Adeleke, Sanya Omirin, Senator Ademola Adeleke and Prince Dotun Babayemi.

Hammed Tajudeen is the editor in-chief of Blaze News, holds Higher National Diploma(HND) in Mass Communication, graduated from Osun State Polytechnic, Iree.
