Former Yoruba activist Sunday Igbohi’s lawyer, Barrister Pelumi Olajengbesi has threatened Churches in Nigeria’s federal capital , Abuja to stop blocking major roads on Sundays or he drag them to court.

Olajengbesi said if the religious organizations refused to adjust he will not hesitate in sue them and Nigeria Government for granting such irresponsible orders.

According to the lawyer “What is the nonsense about blocking major roads in Abuja on Sundays because of churches that have their services inside buildings with adequate car lots?

“It is really annoying and frustrating. We continue to populate religious organisations yet our hearts are dark, while ritual killings increase and wickedness is all over the place.

“This is a strong warning, honestly, if I encounter any more church or mosque blocking any of the roads leading to my house in Abuja, I will sue the organisation and I will join the Nigeria Government for granting such irresponsible orders.

“No one should use his or her religion to inconvenient another person, Nigeria is a secular country not a religious one.”
