Markaz Agege Announces 2025 Diploma Entrance Exam Date

Arabic and Islamic Training Centre,Markaz, Agege, Lagos, has announced date for its 2025 diploma entrance examination.

The announcement was made through the institution’s Director of Academic Planning,Nurudeen Ibrahim.

The announcement reads:”This is to inform all Markaz prospective Diploma candidates who have obtained the Diploma Application Form that the 2025/2026 Batch A entrance examination is scheduled for Monday 29th of September, 2025.

“The exam will hold in the school promises at 12.00pm.”

Blaze Newz gathered that Markaz runs a two-year Diploma in Arabic and Islamic Studies for candidates with Thanawi (secondary) level certificates, and a two-year National Diploma (ND) in Law for those with qualifying JAMB scores.

The College for Legal Studies also offers an ND in Combined Law (Sharia and Common Law). Admissions for these programs are managed through JAMB UTME and specific entrance exams for the Diploma program.

Diploma in Arabic and Islamic Studies
Eligibility: Requires a Thanawi certificate.Duration: 2 years, 4 semesters.
Affiliation: Affiliated with the University of Ilorin.

Entry Requirements: Candidates must pass a Diploma Qualifying Exam after applying.
Application: Forms are purchased at Markaz premises and submitted to the Bursary.
National Diploma (ND) in Law
Eligibility: Admission requires a JAMB UTME with a score of at least 100.
Duration: 2 years.
Programs offer National Diploma in Common Law and National Diploma in Combined Law (Sharia and Common Law).
