Two IRGC Personnel Killed While Defusing Bombs In Iran’s West – Officials

Two members of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) lost their lives on Sunday while attempting to neutralize explosives left behind from last month’s Israeli airstrikes, according to Iranian media.
The incident occurred in Khorramabad, a city in western Iran that was reportedly targeted during a series of Israeli attacks amid heightened tensions between the two nations.
Citing an official statement from the IRGC, the semi-official Tasnim news agency reported: “Two members of the Guards were killed Sunday in Khorramabad while clearing the area of explosives left by the Zionist regime’s aggression.”
