Liam Delap is on the verge of making the switch from Ipswich Town, but Chelsea remain active in the market.

However, they need to offload several members of their squad, before the start of next season.

Renato Veiga, Carney Chukwuemeka, Ben Chilwell, Axel Disasi, Raheem Sterling, Lesley Ugochukwu, Djordje Petrovic and Joao Felix were all sent out on loan last season and have been transfer listed.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Christopher Nkunku are also available for suitors, having struggled to make an impact in the Premier League.
