Transfer: Neymar Set For Sensational Return To Former Club
Al Hilal forward, Neymar Jr, is set to bring an end to his miserable spell in the Middle East.
According to Goal, Neymar is close to returning to his boyhood club Santos.
The 32-year-old will complete a six-month loan from Al Hilal to the Brazilian club.
Santos is believed to have tabled an official offer to the Saudi Pro League side.
They remain optimistic of signing Neymar ahead of a couple of Major League Soccer, MLS, sides.
If the transfer is finalized, it will see Neymar spend the remaining time on his contract with Al Hilal on loan at Santos.

That means he would also have rejected the chance of a reunion with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez at Inter Miami.
Neymar has struggled with injuries and form, leaving fans and the club disappointed.
With the Brazilian superstar still hopeful that he can make an impact at the 2026 World Cup in the United States, Canada and Mexico, it is unsurprising he is looking for a fresh start.
