Darul Irshad Holds Inter-class Sport Competition
A Lagos based Arabic and Islamic school,
Darul Irshad Wal Isa’d Nigeria, today (Monday) held an inter-class sport competition.
Students of the school competed in sports like tennis, football and race.
In an interview with Blaze Newz, proprietor of the Arabic school, Sheikh Ibrahim Saheed Olawumi, disclosed that the inter-class sport competition is an annual event.

He further explained that the competition holds every beginning of first term in an academic session.
Speaking on the importance of the competition, Sheikh Ibrahim said it was to prepare the students to be physically and emotionally fit in order to perform excellently in their academic endeavour, saying an healthy body is fit for learning
