Gov Adeleke Sacks SSA On Climate Change
Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke has sacked his Senior Special Assistant on Adviser on Climate Change, Prince Moruf Adedapo.
This was as he directed the abolition of the office of Senior Special Assistant on Climate Change.
A statement by the governor’s spokesperson, Olawale Rasheed, said the changes in the leadership of the state’s climate change team became necessary with a view to ramping up the push against the negative effect of climate change in the state.
The Governor also directed the movement of the office of the consultant to the state on climate change and renewable energy from the Ministry of Environment to the Governor’s Office.
