Man Commits Suicide, Jumps Into Osun River

A man whose identity is yet known has on Saturday, committed suicide in Osun, jumped into Osun Rivers at Gbodofon bridge, Osogbo, along Ibadan expressway.
The man, according to an eyewitness who spoke to Blaze Newz said he saw the man around 10:30am wandering around the bridge lower level before moving to the pedestrian way on the bridge top and jumped into the river.
The eyewitness said he hard the man saying (Oti sumi ) I am tired before he later dived into the river.
Another perserby said he saw the victim walking towards him but he did not know he has the intention of jumping into the river.
It was gathered that rescue team from fire services of state and federal after more than hour that the incident happened came to the scene but could not rescue the suicider.
As at the time of filing this report the suicider is still in the river with no trace.
