The former APC members are from different wards in Akure South Local Government Area of the state.
They said they were neglected despite their contributions to the victory of APC in the general elections and in the second term election of the Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu inherited by the incumbent governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa.
Addressing the people, the leaders of the groups lamented that they quit APC because of the hunger in the land.

He also blamed lack of internal democracy in APC which he described as bei g dangerous to the development of the people and the state.

Agboola Ajayi, who was flanked by the Acting Chairman of PDP, Bashorun Tola Alabere and other chieftains of the party, stated that there is a lot of suffering, hunger and anger in the land due to maladministration of APC- led government in Ondo State.
