Ogbeni @67 : Your Imprints In Osun, Nigeria Standing The Test Of Time – Adeleke Felicitates Aregbesola

Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke, has eulogized Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, the immediate past Minister of Interior, on his 67th birthday.

Adeleke described Aregbesola as a political collosus who is loved by the people of the state and Nigeria.

The Governor who was represented by the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Teslim Igbalaye, at the birthday programme on Saturday, said those who are matter in Osun politics are with Aregbesola.

Adeleke declared that Aregbesola’s imprints in Osun and Nigeria are standing the test of time.

He described Aregbesola as an exceptional and charismatic leader worthy of emulation.

Eulogizing Aregbesola, Governor Adeleke said “As a former Commissioner in Lagos State, you were exceptional. As a former Governor of Osun State, you did your best to build a new Osun state. As a Minister, you delivered a lot of initiatives as head of the Interior ministry. We salute your contributions to national development.

“On this occasion of your birthday, I am happy to report to you that our government is completing many projects you initiated that were abandoned by your successor. From roads to housing projects, we are building on your legacy of expanding the infrastructural base of Osun State.

“We adopted the only sane route of government as a continuum. We are convinced that service to the State should be a continuous process of additions and expansion except where modifications are necessary. We can affirm that your legacy remains indelible and sustainable under our administration and beyond.

“As you add a new year, we pray Almighty Allah to grant you more blessed years on earth. We cherish you and wish you good health and more grace from the creator” Governor Adeleke said.
