Babayemi, Other Defectors Are Disguised APC Agents Who Just Revealed Their Long Ambition – Afolabi

The erstwhile members of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) who decamped to the opposition All Progressives Congress, APC, have been described a big relief for the rulling party as the PDP family in Osun State will be availed the opportunity to forge ahead with unity of purpose.

The Chairman of Ede South Local Government Area and Secretary of Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON) in Osun State, Hon. Lukuman Afolabi made this known while featuring on a Uniq FM radio program Akitiyan Imole on during the weekend.

According to Afolabi, “the decampees have all along been working at cross purposes with the party. They are disguised internal agents working for their paymasters in the All Progressive Congress to scuttle the plans of the rulling party in the state”.

He said he was excited to see the traitors returning back to their paymasters, adding that none will see the effort of Governor Ademola Adeleke in making life more meaningful to many indigents and residents of the state, and leave for the mere losers who were rejected by the power of vote demonstrated by the people of the state in the last governorship election in the state.

He claimed that Prince Dotun Babayemi became bitter after failing to surreptitiously clinch the governorship ticket of the Party having jumped from APC to ADC and then to the PDP before he now finally returns to his failed masters who were rejected by millions of residents of Osun State in the last gubernatorial election.

“Dotun Babayemi and his co travelers failed in their bid to halt Adeleke’s winning in the last gubernatorial election and couldn’t fit in the system since then.

The ALGON Secretary affirmed that Governor Ademola Adeleke did not go toe to toe with anyone but only focused on ways to improve the infrastructural facilities in the state.

Afolabi described the sceneries like a blind leading the blind for the defectors and those welcoming them, adding that Governor Adeleke and the PDP are overwhelmed to see the end of traitor disguised as a loyal members exit the party.

He however enjoined members of the public to be rest assured that Governor Adeleke has what it takes to better the lives of people of the state through his 5 point agenda for the development of the state.
