Markaz University College Announces Maiden Academic Session, Tuition Fee
Markaz University College Agege, Lagos, has announced that it will start its maiden academic session immediately after the Post-UTME exercise.
The announcement was made through the Director of Academic Planning of the institution, Nurudeen Ibrahim.
Ibrahim said the University will be starting its first academic session with the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) admitted students in 2024.
“Academic session begins officially after Post-UTME exercises fixed for May 2024,” said Ibrahim, who disclosed that the University would later consider Direct Entry candidates.
The institution announced a cut-off mark of 180 for its departments, which according to him, was in line with that of the University of Ilorin, Kwara State.
The University will be taking off with two departments that will be running two courses comprising Arabic and Islamic studies for Bachelor of Arts (BA) degrees respectively.
Ibrahim disclosed that the admitted candidates would pay a sum of N100,000.00, which did not include other fees and levies that must be paid by students.
