2-year-old Missing Child In Our Custody - Osun NSCDC Declares

Osun State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, has declared that it has taken into its custody a two-year-old missing child found in Owode-Ede.

This was disclosed by the command’s spokesperson, ASC Adeleke Kehinde in a statement made available to newsmen on Monday.

The statement reads “A boy whose age cannot be ascertained but close to 2years was found around Heavenly Gate area, Owode, Ede on Saturday 24/2/2024 by a man coming from night vigil around 5:10am and was taken to a central mosque in the area for announcement and was also taken to Owode Ede’s palace for whoever that was looking for a missing child to identify and claim him but nobody has shown up yet.

“The boy (whose picture appears here) is now in the custody of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Osun State Command, Ido Osun, Osun State.

‘Anyone whose child is missing should come to NSCDC, Ido Osun, with valid evidence.

“Kindly, help to circulate this widely.”
