Ogun LG Chair Who Accused Abiodun Of Diverting LG Funds Lands In DSS Custody

The suspended Chairman of Ijebu-East Local Government Area of Ogun State, Wale Adedayo, who accused Governor Dapo Abiodun of diverting local government funds is currently in the custody of the Department of State Security (DSS), in Abeokuta.
Adedayo was summoned by the DSS following the allegations.
He confirmed to newsmen earlier on Friday that he was at the office of the security agency in Oke-Mosan.
One of his aides, who pleaded not to be named due to security reasons, told journalists that his principal was still with the DSS as at 9pm.
According to him, he had accompanied Adedayo to the entrance of the DSS office, during the day, but he was yet to be released as of 9pm.
As at the time of filling this report reason is no information on Why the embattled chairman is yet to be released by the DSS
