Xavi Breaks Silence On Messi’s Failed Transfer To Barca
Xavi Hernandez, head coach of Barcelona has revealed reason behind why Lionel Messi could not make a return to the current La liga champions.
Xavi, who was commenting on the controversy surrounding the failed transfer said “In the last few days I noticed that he didn’t see his return in a clear way.
“You have to understand it. Being Messi is never easy, he never has peace.”

“The buzz around Messi was so much because I was constantly talking to him. All parties were very excited about it, but the circumstances did not allow it.”
Xavi insisted that Messi would have returned to Barcelona instead “It has not been an easy decision for Messi. It was actually Jorge Messi who called the club and said Leo won’t come to the club.”
