May 29: Don’t Pity Me, I Requested For The Job – Tinubu Tells Nigerians

President-elect, Bola Tinubu has told Nigerians not to pity him as he will be sworn into office tomorrow.
Tinubu said this at the 2023 Presidential Inauguration Dinner and Gala Night held in Abuja on Sunday.
Delivering his speech in the presence of presidents and heads of state from countries around the world, Tinubu promised Nigerians to deliver his campaign promises, added that he requested to lead the country.

He, however, told President Muhammadu Buhari that he will always knock on his door if he needs his assistance.
Tinubu and his vice, Kashim Shettima will be sworn-in respectively as the 16th elected president and vice president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
