Food is very essential to all living things and living things can be said to be those things that have life, plants, animals and human beings have life in them.

Life is essential to all living things, and any living things that does not have life is dead.

In Nigeria for instance, there are many ethnic groups there in, the major ones mostly recognise by people are: Hausa, Igbo and Yoruba.

All these ethnic groups has their own foods which is part of their culture.

Hausas for instance will love to eat Tuwo shinkafa, Kuli-kuli, Miyan Karkashi, Kilishi etc,

Igbos will prefer Abacha, Echicha, Ogbono soup and Isi ewu.

While, Yoruba People will prefer to eat, Iyan ati Obe Egusi, Oka popularly known as Amala ati Obe Gbegiri pelu ewedu, Ekuru etc.

In this era, since there are Yoruba people living among Igbo, Igbo living among Hausas, Each tribes now eat the food of other tribes.

Food are no more peculiar to a tribe anymore because a typical Yoruba now have Hausa food as favorite.

This is the reason why people do not have peculiar food to themselves, it is what is available they intake as food so far it is food.

This does not only happens in Nigeria, it also happens all over the countries.

That is the reason why there are now many foods available all over the world.

Some common food people eat now are, Rice, Beans, Yam etc.

Beans out of all these foods has the most health benefits, and it is what people do not like to eat most because of its cooking process.
