WWE Legendary Hulk Hogan Needs A Cane To Walk Following Yet More Surgery

There’s no doubting Hulk Hogan’s contributions to the world of professional wrestling. With a career that dates back to the late 1970s, Hogan played a crucial role in helping establish both the WWE (formerly WWF) and WCW brands and is a living legend.

While legendary wrestler hasn’t officially wrestled since 2006, he has made several appearances for the WWE during the intervening years and continues to be a fantastic brand ambassador for the brand.

However, in his quest for greatness, it appears that Hogan has sacrificed his physical body with the former wrestler now requiring a cane to walk following his latest surgery. Fellow WWE legend Kurt Angle provided an update on Hogan’s health during the latest episode of his podcast.

“[He] had the nerves cut from his lower body,” Angle said on The Kurt Angle Podcast.

“He can’t feel his lower body. He used his cane to walk around. I thought he was using the cane because he had pain in his back. He doesn’t have any pain. He has nothing at all. He can’t feel anything.

“So now he can’t feel his legs. So he has to walk with a cane which is, you know, that’s pretty serious, man. I really feel for Hogan. He put his heart and soul into the business and it ate him up.”

Angle, who himself has had a series of surgeries following his career as an Olympic wrestling champion and in the WWE, also remarked that Hogan revolutionized professional wrestling and that he had a large amount of respect for the man who introduced the world to Hulkamania.
