Court Adjourns Hearing On Adedoyin's Bail Application

An Osun State High Court sitting in Osogbo presided by Justice Adepele Ojo has adjourned the hearing on bail application of Rahmon Adedoyin who was remanded into Ilesa Correctional Centre.

Blaze Newz recalls that Adedoyin is facing trial over the mysterious death of Timothy Adegoke, a Obafemi Awolowo University master student.

Adegoke reportedly died in an Ile-Ife guest house,Hilton Hotel,owned by Adedoyin.

The hearing in Rahmon Adedoyin’s bail application on permission to go for medical attention has now been adjourned to Monday October 10, 2022.


Rahmon Adedoyin was arrested on November 15 2021, eight days after Timothy was declared missing.

Prior to this development, Adedoyin’s legal team filed an application at the court, seeking the release of the hotel owner on health grounds while in detention

The adjourment was sequel to the absence of the cashier because a sum of amount is supposed to be paid in before the court can accept the application.
