Osun LG Elections: OSIEC Reveals Persons To Be Used As Ad hoc Staff

Ahead of the October 15 local government elections, Osun Independent Electoral Commission, OSIEC, revealed the categories of persons it will use as adhoc staff.

Chairman of OSIEC, Otunba Segun Oladitan while featuring on Frank Talk of Rave FM, Osogbo,on Wednesday,listed the categories of persons the commission will be hiring for the exercise.

Otunba Oladitan who dismissed mind reading of interested person for the adhoc work said nobody would be asked of their political party before they are employed once they are qualified and can perform.

The OSIEC boss listed serving National Youth Service Corps members, computer guru, civil servants and those considered good for the task.

He added that those living with disabilities would also be considered.

“I am going to ask the commission to go along with whosoever is good for them, partisanship we don’t have a way to know” the OSIEC boss said.

Blaze Newz recalls that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, on July 16 conducted Osun governorship election won by Senator Ademola Adeleke, candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
