Cristiano Ronaldo transfer saga will come to an end on 1st September. After a summer in which the Portuguese has asked to leave and Manchester United has refused, now the English club have changed their mind.

The ‘BBC’, one of England’s leading media outlets, explained that the Red Devils have begun to open the exit door for the striker, especially after seeing his level in the first two games.

Erik ten Hag’s public refusal to let him leave has changed as the days have gone by. With two weeks to go until the end of the transfer window, Cristiano could be packing his bags.

The Portuguese striker has been asking for his release to a team that will play in the next Champions League, as United will play in the Europa League.

Cristiano dragged the situation out to such an extent that he joined the British team’s pre-season training camp later in the day. He argued that he was not with the rest of his team-mates because of family issues.

This has been added to Manchester United’s two heavy defeats, which have left them bottom of the Premier League, an almost unprecedented situation.

Club sources told the ‘BBC’ that the problems within the dressing room will not change until Cristiano Ronaldo has left, which is why they see a sale as possible before 1st September.

However, none of the top Champions League teams want to sign the former Real Madrid and Juventus striker. At least, not at the moment.
