Osun Guber Debate : YPP Guber Candidate Accuses Channels TV Of Double Standard

Dr. Ademola Bayonle , governorship candidate of the Young Progressive Party,YPP, has accused Channels TV of being double standard on its Sunday Osun governorship debate.

Blaze Newz gathered that among the 15 governorship candidates in Osun those who participated in the Sunday 2 hours debate are; Senator Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party,PDP, Hon.Lasun Yusuff of the Labour Party,LP, Achietech Goke Omigbodun of the Social Democratic Party,SDP.

Others are, Governor Gboyega Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress, APC, and Dr. Akin Ogunbiyi of the Accord party.

Reacting to this, Bayonle said for Channels TV organizers to have excluded his name from the participants of the debate after they contacted his media team to prepare for the debate was not a mere omission rather a slap on Nigerian youth.

According to the YPP candidate “You exclude a candidate that represents 67% of the population. No tenable excuse just afraid of what we bring to the table.

“I refuse to face your reality. I wish the youth fight this fight for our combined future. if they get away with me.. they will with you.

“Channels correspondence called my media team to confirm my full name for the debate but it was lost somewhere in between.

“Understand that our agitation for a good Nigeria and Osun is been truncated by some lords.”

He, however, called on Osun youth to support him saying “for the labor of our heroes past to not be in vain, this is a fight for our lives. With my full chest if we dont fight it we are doomed.
